6.8. Reasons why cashback might not be credited to a members account:

6.8.4 Some anti-virus computer software or firewall software can block cookies, meaning any sales and subsequent cashback can not be tracked and so will not be paid. naturalbornshopper.co.uk can not be held liable for any unpaid cashback for this reason.

10.1 Payments will be processed on the 15th of each calendar month to members with confirmed cashback which has been received by naturalbornshopper.co.uk, balances in excess of the payment threshold which is currently £15.
10.2 Members are responsible for ensuring their postal address is up to date in their profile. Mising information will result in late payment or no payment.
10.3 In the case of moving house, members must update their postal address in their profile. Payments lost due to being sent to a previous address can not be reissued.
10.4. Payment methods

10.6.2 Payments lost due to being sent to a previous address can not be reissued. Members must be sure to keep their account details up to date in their profile at all times.

11.6.1 The member must create a list of items using the picklist creation functions available in naturalbornshopper.co.uk. Picklist commissions are earned when a user or member uses the aforementioned picklist to click through to a product featured on a merchants website.
11.6.2 Only items visited on a merchants website directly from the aforementioned picklist page qualify for commission. A product featured on a Picklist will not earn any Picklist commission if a user or member visits the merchants site through any other page of naturalbornshopper.co.uk.
11.6.3 Picklist Commission is then earned everytime the user or member who clicked on the Picklist buys something from the retailers website.
11.6.4 Members can earn picklist commission from their own picklists.

19.1 Entries
19.1.1 To enter competitions or giveaways you must be a UK resident.
19.1.2 On entering a competition or giveaway on naturalbornshopper an account will be created for you.
19.1.3 As a member of naturalbornshopper, you will be added to our mailing list. You may unsubscribe from newsletters and site updates at any time.
19.1.4 Users can create multiple pick lists.
19.1.5 Each Pick List is only allowed to win once.
19.1.6 We reserve the right to use our judgement and suggest an alternative prize, if we feel a prize isn't appropriate based on the age of the entrant.
19.1.7 We reserve the right to disqualify any entries we feel are not appropriate.

19.2 Pick List Winners
19.2.1 The winner is the user who's pick list receives the most unique visitors during the week period.
19.2.2 Each week starts at Monday, 9am and ends Midnight the following Sunday.
19.2.3 All winners will be contacted via email at the end of each weeks competition to arrange procurement and delivery of their prize.
19.2.4 If more than one pick list receives the same number of visits we reserve the right to choose the list which receives the prize and wins the competition.
